bruciato  doc bolgheri tenuta guado al tasso 2020. Alcohol content 13.5% vol. Grape varieties: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 15% Syrah. It ages about 8 months in barriques and 4 months in bottle. Dark ruby red colour. Floral scents of rose, violet, notes of red berries, eucalyptus, spicy notes of vanilla. On the palate the wine is rich, with a good structure and mouth-filling tannins. Long and rewarding back palate. To be combined with lamb with herbs.

Bron Ruseval Sangiovese Cabernet Forli igt Celli 2011. Alcohol content 14% vol. Grape varieties: 60% Sangiovese and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is aged for 12 months in barriques and 8 months in the bottle. Dark ruby red colour. On the nose, aromas of berry fruit, cherries, sweet spices, floral notes of violet, anise and balsamic notes. Warm, full-bodied taste, with mouth-filling tannins; long fruity and spicy trail. A few more months to get it perfectly balanced. Food pairing: lasagne with meat sauce or veal stew.

brolio chianti classico 2019- Alcohol content 13,5% vol. Made from 80% Sangiovese, 15% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It ages 9 months in barriques and tonneaus and 6 months in bottle. Intense and brilliant ruby red colour, on the nose the wine has clear hints of strawberry, cherry, raspberry, violet, balsamic and spicy notes, blond tobacco, licorice. In the mouth it is balanced and powerful, with balanced tannins and freshness that ensure a lingering taste. With grilled T-bone steak.
